Kuraishi beef is a rare breed of wagyu beef with an annual shipment of only 400 heads.Received the highest award, the "Honorary Award," at the National Meat Cattle Competition.Kuraishi beef, which has been crowned the best in the world, is a type of Wagyu beef with a low melting point for its fat, so it does not cause heartburn or indigestion.This special, limited-quantity course generously uses Kuraishi beef, and also features a variety of Aomori dishes, including bluefin tuna, Nebuta pickles, and squid tataki.
